AdMall makes sales management easier by offering nearly instant access to any rep's presentations, proposals, client Diagnosis Calls and Account Intelligence Reports. AdMall also speeds up the process of rep transition since all client information is safely stored within the system. Reporting lets managers track system usage by their team for any given time period. AdMall is also full of sales meeting resources including the monthly Media Sales Manager's Memo.

 AdMall uses a variety of industry sources, based on the category. Look for the actual source used in [brackets] at the bottom of the report. Media Sales Opportunities, Local Accounts, Major Accounts and Co-op/NTR databases are researched exclusively by the AdMall research team.

Login Issues

New employees add themselves, setting their password and preferences by signing into admall.com with an activation code. Activation codes are sent to managers to distrubute. They are given out during private AdMall 101 training sessions. Please refer to your AdMall 101 workbook or ask your manager for your company's activation code.

Log in to admall.com using the activation code, and follow the forms to create your own login credentials.

Note: When logging in at admall.com, make sure the username and password are entered flush left in the boxes. If there is a space to the left, the system reads that as a character. This sometimes occurs when people copy and paste.

Also, you may need to reset cookies, clear history, or switch to a new browser. If usernames and passwords other than your own have been entered on your computer, log those out in the lower menu bar and clear them from the login box.

If you are using your company's activation code, AdMall is prompting you to create your own login info. Usernames and passcodes are case sensitive.

If you are on a computer that has been used by someone else, log of AdMall.com out completely in the lower menu bar. Re-open the browser to admall.com and enter your username and password. You may need to clear cookies and browser history.

  • FIRST TIME LOGIN: To acquire the unique activation code for your company neded to create your account, email support@admall.com 614-794-0500.
  • If you have an AdMall login, but you have forgotten your personal password, AdMall will prompt you to send you your password.
  • If you do not have either your personal login name or password, you may email support@admall.com or call 614-794-0500.
